Four activities, each with the rule that governs it stated plainly.
Allergen information is a legal duty for food that is not pre-packed, not just for labelled products, and it is the duty most often fudged in small kitchens with a vague reassurance. We give it in writing on request. What we will not do is promise the absence of traces in a kitchen that handles those ingredients, because that is a promise nobody in a small kitchen can keep.

Keys, and how to reach us.
Flemish law requires tourist accommodation to be notified and to hold a fire safety certificate from the municipality, and plenty of lets operate without one because guests never ask. Ours is on file and we will produce it. We also collect and remit the tourist tax where the commune levies it, rather than treating it as an optional extra.
This is the one that catches people out. A category B licence does not cover every combination of car and trailer: above certain weights you need a BE licence, and a renter driving without it is uninsured and committing an offence. We check the category against the combination and we will refuse the hire rather than hand over keys that put you in that position.
What you want to tow, and with what.

Everyday provisions.

Under the statutory guarantee.
Nothing elaborate: everyday items for people passing through or staying nearby. Goods sold to consumers carry the statutory two-year guarantee of conformity, which is ours to honour rather than something to redirect to a manufacturer, and we would rather you came back to us than fought a warranty form.
Ask about allergens, the fire safety certificate, or what you are allowed to tow. No obligation.
